If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been filled. If the order you want to cancel has been filled, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

We offer a 15 day return for eligible merchandise. Refunds are provided in the form of getrawnutrition.com Gift Cards, which exclude original shipping costs. Refunds for items returned within15 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges).  Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 24 hours (on business days) of receipt of package.
