Do discount codes apply to international orders?
Discount is based on the currency your country uses, to ensure your currency is supported with the discount, please see these supported currencies:
EUR, CHF, GBP, PLN, DKK, SEK, USD, CAD
I made a mistake; can I cancel my order?
Due to the high volume of inquiries during this period, we may not always be able to process a cancellation before an order ships; however, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. If your order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return the item for a refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
I entered the wrong address. Can I update it?
If your order has not yet been marked fully processed in our shipping system, we can typically update the shipping address. Please contact us at info@getrawnutrition.com with your order number and the corrected address, and we will do our best to apply the changes before your order ships.
Why didn't I receive free shipping on my order?
Free shipping is available only for orders shipped within the United States.
Do you sell gift cards? Can I purchase one?
Unfortunately, we do not sell digital/physical gift cards at this time, other than ones provided by customer service for order issues, giveaways, etc.
I forgot to use a code on my purchase; can it be added?
Unfortunately, the code cannot be adjusted or added after you have completed your order. Codes can only be applied before the purchase process is completed.
