A: Yes, a code is needed at checkout to access the BFCM discounts. For example, code “RAW”, or “FTGU”.

A: The BFCM discount is based on the currency your country uses, to ensure your currency is supported with the discount, please see these supported currencies: 

EUR, CHF, GBP, PLN, DKK, SEK, USD, CAD 

A: Due to the high volume of inquiries during this period, we may not always be able to process a cancellation before an order ships; however, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. If your order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return the item for a refund in accordance with our Return Policy.

A: Free shipping is available only for orders shipped within the United States.

A: Unfortunately, we do not sell digital/physical gift cards at this time, other than ones provided by customer service for order issues, giveaways, etc.
