The Raw Nutrition & GNC Champion Mentality Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 15, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 15, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and D.C. (excludes Alaska and Hawaii), who are 18 (except 19+ in Alabama and Nebraska and 21+ in Mississippi) years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Raw Nutrition (“Sponsor”), their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void in AK, HI, and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION: To enter, visit ww.getrawnutrition.com (the “Website”) during the Promotion Period. Enter the Sweepstakes by completely entering your true and correct information on the registration form in the required fields (required fields include: full name, email address, and phone number) and submit a video of what “Champion Mentality” means to you. Upon registering, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entry”). Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person per email address per week, drawn on each Friday during the Promotion Period, throughout the Promotion Period. Participants may enter each week of the promotion period. To obtain an entry via mail without making a purchase, please send correspondence requesting entry into the Raw Nutrition & GNC Champion Mentality Sweepstakes and include your name, mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address. Your mail-in entry must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period. Each mail-in submission will receive 10 entries to the Sweepstakes. Limit one mail-in submission per person.SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING/ODDS: On or about the next business day following the end of each week (Monday-Sunday) during the Promotion Period, the Sponsor will select from eligible Entries received during the applicable Promotion Period along with Entries that carried over from prior weeks. Sponsor will select one (1) potential prize winner per weekly Promotion Period (12 prize winners total) and one grand prize. Grand prize is selected at random from all entrants. Weekly winners are still eligible for the grand prize. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received for the applicable Promotion Period as well as any that carried over.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The prize winner will be notified by email and/or phone within three (3) business days of winner selection or as soon as reasonably practicable and will have three (3) days to provide the requested information back to the Sponsor. Potential winner becomes a “winner” only after verification of eligibility by Sponsor. If such potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, if the potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, fails to provide the requested information, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, that individual will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries for the applicable Promotion Period. The Promotion Parties do not assume any responsibility for any disruption in the Promotion Parties, including but not limited to the failure or interruption of any internet service provider. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures and other statements contained in any Promotion materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the courts of the State of Florida. The participants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-convenience or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have. 1. SPONSOR: The Raw Nutrition and Bum Energy Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Raw Sport Supplement Company LLC and Bum Energy LLC, 760 NW Enterprise Dr., Port St. Lucie, Florida 34986 (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, members, and directors of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household (whether or not related) of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“EST”) on August 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on August 31, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
4. HOW TO ENTER:· Each Order made on Raw Nutrition and Bum Energy website (more orders=more entries) during the Sweepstakes Period will count as an entry into the Sweepstakes. Orders are only counted if the purchaser is following @rawnutrition and @bumenergy on Instagram.· To obtain an entry without making a purchase, please send correspondence requesting entry into the Raw Nutrition/Bum Energy August 2025 Giveaway and include your name, mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address. 5. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be contacted by the Sponsor at the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received and selection will be after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be contacted via email to the email associated with their order on September 1, 2025. In the event that Sponsor cannot reach the Winners on September 1, 2025, Sponsor will select at random replacement winners and contact them beginning on September 2, 2025. Entrants are responsible for providing Sponsor with valid phone numbers and e-mail addresses in order to receive notification of winning the Sweepstakes. Each potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”) within five (5) days of attempted notification or the prize may be forfeited.

10. GOVERNING LAW: This Sweepstakes and the rights and obligations of the Sponsor and participants will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Claims arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in St. Lucie County, Florida. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than $100, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees and costs. Sponsor shall not be liable for special indirect consequential damages arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes.
11. PRIVACY: Any personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor solely to administer the Sweepstakes and will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy.
