Ingredients:
1/4 cup RAW Cbum Itholate Protein (30g)
3/4 cup (180ml) oat milk
300g fresh ice cubes (about 20 cubes)
1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
Directions:
1.
Add the ice cubes to a food processor or high-power blender.
2.
Pulse on the highest power for about 3 seconds, repeating 10 to 15 times, until the ice is crushed to a snow-like consistency.
3.
Add the oat milk, CBUM Itholate Protein and Xanthan Gum.
4.
Pulse the food processor or high power-blender to combine.
5.
Blend Until Finished. Use a small spatula or spoon to scrape down the sides.
6.
Remove from the blender or food processor.
7.
Serve and garnish with your preffered topings (fruit, sprinkles, sauce etc.)
