RAW / BUM / 3D Canada Takeover - Terms and Conditions

Sponsor

Raw Sport Supplement Company LLC (“Raw”), Bum Energy LLC (“Bum”), and 3D Energy Drinks LLC (“3D”)

Raw, Bum, and 3D are referred to collectively as the “Sponsors” and individually as a “Sponsor.”

By submitting a registration, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Any Sponsor may reject any submission that does not comply with them.

Eligibility

You must be a Canadian resident who is at least 18 years old when submitting your registration. Minors may not register or attend. Employees, representatives, and household members of any Sponsor and of the Sponsors’ event partners are ineligible.

Offer Period

Qualifying purchases must be made between September 15, 2026 and October 16, 2026, inclusive (the “Offer Period”). 

Registrations must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on October 16, 2026. The Sponsors’ systems determine the time a registration is received.

Qualifying Purchase

A qualifying purchase is a purchase of Raw/Bum/3D products from any Canadian retailer during the Offer Period. The qualifying amount excludes taxes, delivery charges, discounts, refunds, and non-RAW/Bum/3D products.

Purchases may contain multiple products across all three brands to qualify. Receipts may be combined, limit 1 entry per person no matter the total spend. Returned, refunded, cancelled, altered, duplicated, or fraudulent purchases are ineligible. Each receipt may be used only once.

Registration Requirements

To register upload a clear, complete receipt showing the retailer, purchase date, qualifying products, and pre-tax purchase amount. You must also provide accurate and complete registration information. Registration does not guarantee receipt of an admission ticket until a Sponsor verifies eligibility and sends a confirmation email.

Please redact payment card numbers, loyalty numbers, addresses, and other information unrelated to purchase verification.

There are a limited number of tickets available for RAW/BUM/3D TAKEOVER

Main-Event Admission

A verified purchase of at least $150 CAD before tax qualifies the registrant for one (1) main-event ticket for the Raw/Bum/3D Takeover, subject to limited availability of tickets. Each attendee must hold an individual confirmation. Guests must complete their own qualifying registration and receive separate confirmation.

Limited Q&A Admission

A verified purchase of at least $300 CAD before tax also qualifies the registrant for possible Q&A admission. Q&A to begin at 11am on the day of the event. Tickets will be allocated to the earliest complete and eligible $300 registrations received by the Sponsors.

This allocation is first-come, first-served. It is not a random draw or game of chance.

Approximately 80 to 100 Q&A tickets are anticipated, subject to final venue capacity. The final number may change for operational or safety reasons.

A registration or general-event confirmation does not guarantee Q&A admission. A Sponsor will send a separate Q&A confirmation to successful registrants.

If a submission is incomplete or ineligible, the Sponsors may offer that place to the next eligible registrant.

Event Information

The main event is scheduled as follows:

• Date: October 17, 2026

• Time: Drop-in admission from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Venue: Toronto Event Centre

• Address: 15 Saskatchewan Road, Toronto, Ontario M6K 3C3

The Q&A is scheduled from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Doors open at 10:30 a.m.

Ticket Conditions

Tickets have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, reproduced, or exchanged.

Attendees must present their confirmation and government-issued identification at registration. The names must match.

Travel, accommodation, parking, meals, and personal expenses are the attendee’s responsibility.

Event Changes and Conduct:

The Sponsors may change event programming, speakers, schedules, or venue details for operational, safety, or legal reasons.

The Sponsors may cancel or postpone the event if circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent it from proceeding.

Attendees must follow venue rules and staff instructions. The Sponsors may refuse entry or remove anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful conduct.

Attendees must sign the Raw/Bum Energy/3D Energy Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, Indemnity Agreement prior to admission to the Main Event.

Perpetual Likeness License

By submitting a registration, you hereby irrevocably grant Raw Sport Supplement Company LLC, Bum Energy LLC, 3D Energy Drinks LLC and their respective licensees, agents, affiliates, and assignees (collectively, the “Recording Parties”), the royalty free, irrevocable and perpetual right to record, photograph, visually identify or otherwise use, reproduce, modify or edit as desired, your voice, performance, appearance, likeness, photograph, name and/or biographical information (collectively, your “Likeness”) on film, video and/or audio tape, still photography and/or otherwise (collectively, the “Recording”) in connection with your visit to the Raw/Bum/3D Canada Takeover.

You agree  that  the  Recording  Parties  shall  own  all  right,  title  and interest to the Recording, including copyrights, and shall have the worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right to exhibit, distribute, transmit and/or otherwise exploit my appearance and/or the Recording, edited or altered, in whole or in part, as the Recording Parties may see fit, in all media, now known or hereafter developed, for purposes related to the Raw/Bum/3D Canada Takeover and the Recording Parties' products, brands and events, whether commercial (including advertising, publicity, promotion or marketing) or noncommercial. These rights granted by you in perpetuity and no compensation or further consideration will be payable to you at any time in connection with my grant.  You understand that you will have no right of consultation or approval in connection with the rights granted under this agreement.  Nothing in this agreement will constitute any obligation of the Recording Parties to make any use of the rights set forth in this agreement.

Privacy

The Sponsors will collect submitted information for eligibility verification, ticket administration, event communications, security, and fraud prevention.

Information may be shared with service providers that administer the registration system or event. It will be handled under the Sponsors’ privacy policies at https://getrawnutrition.com/pages/privacy-policy and https://3denergydrinks.com/policies/privacy-policy. 

Receipt images and registration data will be retained for 7 years, unless a longer period is legally required.

Electronic Communications

By registering you consent to receive communications needed to verify your submission and administer your attendance. By registering, and providing your email address you expressly consent to receive promotional marketing from the Sponsors.

Limitation of Liability

In these Terms, the “Released Parties” means each Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives.

The Released Parties also include the event venue, registration providers, contractors, service providers, successors, and assigns.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each registrant releases the Released Parties from claims arising from:

• participation in the offer;

• receipt verification or registration processing;

• acceptance, use, misuse, loss, or transfer of a ticket;

• attendance at or travel to and from the event;

• event cancellation, postponement, modification, or interruption;

• personal injury, death, property damage, loss, or expense; or

• acts or omissions of other attendees or unaffiliated third parties.

The Released Parties are not responsible for delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, lost, or unsuccessful registrations or communications.

No Sponsor is responsible for another Sponsor’s independent acts or omissions. Each Sponsor remains responsible only to the extent required by applicable law.
