The Raw Nutrition Sam Sulek Winterberry Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins at 1:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 21, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and D.C. (excludes Alaska and Hawaii), who are 18 (except 19+ in Alabama and Nebraska and 21+ in Mississippi) years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Raw Sport Supplement Company LLC d.b.a. Raw Nutrition (“Sponsor”), GNC Holdings LLC (“GNC”), their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void in AK, HI, and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION: To enter the Promotion online, purchase any Raw Nutrition Sam Sulek signature Winterberry product Including: Essential performance, Essential pre workout, Creatine, Thavage Ready-to-Drink or Thuper Thavage Pre-workout at a participating GNC retail store or www.GNC.com during the Promotion Period and upload your receipt to www.getrawnutrition.com/pages/raw-gnc-winterberry-sweepstakes during the Promotion Period. You will need to provide your name, email, phone, mailing address, date of birth, Instagram handle (optional), receipt photo upload, and confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement in your state of residence set forth above, confirm you are a legal resident of an eligible state, and agree to the Official Rules. One (1) entry per qualifying receipt. Limit of two (2) entries per person regardless of entry method. To enter without making a purchase, see the Alternate Method of Entry below.
Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped, hand-addressed envelope to: Raw Nutrition Sam Sulek Winterberry Sweepstakes Entry, 2100 SE Ocean Blvd, Ste 300, Stuart, FL 34996. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2026, and received by January 4, 2027. One (1) entry per envelope; limit two (2) entries per person regardless of entry method. Mail-in entries will be combined with all other eligible entries into a single prize pool, and each entry has an equal chance of winning. Illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, or late entries are void. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, and neither will improve your odds of winning.
SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING/ODDS: On or about the third business day following the end of the Promotion Period, the Sponsor will select potential winners at random from all eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules. The 1st Prize winner will be drawn first, followed by the three (3) 2nd Prize winners and then the ten (10) 3rd Prize winners. Limit one (1) prize per person; if a person is selected for more than one prize, the later selection will be void and an alternate will be drawn. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Each potential prize winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry and/or the mailing address on the mail-in entry card within three (3) business days of winner selection or as soon as reasonably practicable and will have three (3) business days to provide the requested information back to the Sponsor, which may include an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release and, where applicable, IRS Form W-9. Potential winner becomes a “winner” only after verification of eligibility by Sponsor. If such potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, if the potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, fails to provide the requested information, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, that individual will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.
PRIZES:
- 1st Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Raw branded Relentless Power Rack: ARV $3,500
- 2nd Prize: Three (3) winners will each receive a full set of the Sam Sulek Signature line: ARV $100 each; total ARV $300
- 3rd Prize: Ten (10) winners will each receive a $50 GNC gift card: ARV $50 each; total ARV $500
Total combined ARV for all prizes: $4,300
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes will be awarded only upon winner redemption, confirmation, verification and final approval by Sponsor. No substitution, transfers of any prize or cash alternative permitted, except by Sponsor who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, if prize, or portion of prize, becomes unavailable. Promotion Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or undelivered prizes. PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITH NO GUARANTEE. ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY THE PROMOTION PARTIES. ALL PRIZE DETAILS ARE AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION. ANY COSTS AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH PRIZE ACCEPTANCE AND USE NOT SPECIFIED HEREIN AS BEING PROVIDED ARE EACH WINNER’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.
GENERAL: Each winner hereby expressly grants to the Promotion Parties and their respective designees all rights to use and publish his/her name, likeness (photographic or simulated), voice, and state of residence for all purposes, including without limitation, advertising, marketing, promotional and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion (“Advertising”), in any and all media now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without any form of notice or any amount or kind of compensation or permission, except where prohibited by applicable law. All copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights in such Advertising shall be owned by Sponsor and/or its licensors, and each winner hereby disclaims and waives any claim of right to such Advertising. Such Advertising shall be solely under the control of Sponsor and/or its licensors, and winner hereby waives any claim of control over the Advertising content as well as any possible claims of misuse of such winner’s name, likeness or voice under contract, tort or any other theory of law. The Promotion Parties do not assume any responsibility for any disruption in the Promotion Parties, including but not limited to the failure or interruption of any internet service provider. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures and other statements contained in any Promotion materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded in this Promotion. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. All decisions as to these Official Rules and interpretations thereof are exclusively within the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion and, in the event of cancellation, to award the prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received before the cancellation. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that a potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning Entry. If, in Sponsor’s sole determination, a dispute cannot be resolved, the Entry will be deemed ineligible. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc., and each entrant releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability in connection with the Promotion.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final, binding and non-appealable in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE PROMOTION PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, AND ANY RECOVERY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED TO ENTER THE PROMOTION.
CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or winners and Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which might otherwise cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Martin County, Florida. The participants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.
PRIVACY: Information collected for this Promotion will be used by Sponsor for Promotion administration, receipt verification, and winner notification, and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://getrawnutrition.com/pages/privacy-policy. Entry information may be shared with GNC solely to verify qualifying purchases. Sponsor will not send marketing communications to entrants unless the entrant opts in to receive them.
TAX INFORMATION: All federal, state, local, and other taxes on any of the prizes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Any winner of a prize valued at or above the applicable IRS reporting threshold must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 as a condition of receiving the prize and will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize.

Winners List requests will only be accepted after the end of the Promotion Period.
