Awesome stuff, not heavy
First cream of rice I’ve ever tried and RAW Nutrition Honey Nut did not disappoint. Smooth texture, great flavor, and super easy to digest. Honestly tastes like a treat while still being perfect for pre or post workout fuel.

Delicious!
I’m so glad they created this in powder form. What I like to do is blend 50-75g of cream of rice with a serving of oats, a scoop of protein powder, and water about 1.5 cup then microwave for about 1-2 minutes. Batter should be thick. Keeping an eye as it rises. Stop then microwave for a few more seconds and let it sit for a minute or two. Top with a splash of milk and or honey. All the flavors are pretty good.
