Only using 1/2 the dosage but on the first use I experienced a great burst of energy, focus was good and thermogenic effects kicked in creating a good sweat (more so than usual workouts). The caffeine could be dropped slightly to 200-250mgs and still provide plenty of energy, while allowing room for caffeine intake (coffee) later in the day or evening. So, as I stated in my review for Raw Burn, I used a bottle of Ignite after using 2 tubs of Raw Burn. After two tubs of Raw Burn, I was down 30lbs (I went pretty extreme, doing 1500 to 2000 calories/day, with a starting weight of 212lbs, at 6 feet tall). I began on March 29, the day that I went back to doing landscaping. I went full bore, activity level skyrocketed, calories dropped, and I stayed consistent. Macros were about: protein - 175, carbs - 100, fat - 100+ to get the rest of the calories. I did one cheat day every Saturday and stuffed my face. So, after dropping 30 lbs and Ignite came out, I said, let's keep it going. Ended up losing another 10-15 lbs after the bottle of Ignite, and my waist went from 39 to 32. I'm still sitting at 170lbs, and am just starting to bulk back up (trying to, haha).
The Ignite ain't no joke. A full serving will get you going and get you sweating. I noticed the sweating more than any other supplement I've used. I would wake up for work and take the Ignite around 6am. Leave at 7 and begin sweating on the way. Start work at 7:30 ready to whoop some ass. Protein shake around 10am (1.5 to 2 scoops Raw Protein mixed with 10-12 oz of raw milk), lunch around 12/1, get home at 5/6 and fill in the rest of my macros. (Don't let anyone tell you that you can't drink milk while dieting. I literally drank 24 oz of raw milk every day for the duration of my cut and lost 45lbs in about 13 weeks. But, I only drink raw milk, no pasteurized junk).
As far as I'm concerned, this was an unbeatable combination (I was also using Raw EAA during/after training, along with creatine). This was the first time in 20 years of lifting that I ligitimately did a cut for real (I'm 39 years old), and wasn't worried about how small I got or how much muscle I lost, I just wanted to lose fat (I actually kept a lot of muscle, too). I would absulutely recommend running a tub of Burn, then Ignite. I wasn't planning on running the Ignite, but they had just released it, so I decided to keep the cut going with it. So glad I did.

Ignite Hands down the best dietary product I’ve ever used! In January 2021 I weighed 325lbs and as of may 18th I weighed in at 230lbs! Raw nutrition has given me the the courage to finally take my shirt off again!
