HOW TO USE RAW SALT

Carry During Activities

o   Carry RAW SALT with you during long endurance activities like marathons or ultra-endurance events.

o   Its small size makes it easy to carry during training or races.

 

When to Take

  • Take RAW SALT when you feel you need to replenish sodium, especially during intense or prolonged activities lasting over an hour.
  • Signs you might need sodium include fatigue, muscle cramps, or feeling dizzy.
  • For activities over an hour, consider taking RAW SALT every 30-60 minutes, adjusting based on your personal needs and sweat rate.

 

How to Take

  • Each tube of RAW SALT contains 6 servings, with each serving providing 500mg of sodium. WARNING: Do not take all at once. Take 1 serving as shown in the tick marks on the tube. 
  • Add RAW SALT to your drink mix as needed or  dab it directly onto your tongue for quick absorption.  If taking RAW SALT directly on your tongue, it's advisable to drink a sip of water afterward to help with absorption.
