No Bake Protein Bars
Easiest/ Cheapest/ Best Tasting Protein Bars You'll Make
Ingredients You'll Need: 1 cup of Almond (or Peanut) Butter, 2 Scoops of RAW Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder or any other RAW/ CBUM Protein, 1/4 cup of Maple Syrup, 2 tablespoons of Cocoa Powder, 2 tablespoons of Almond Flour, 1 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract, 1/4 teaspoonĀ of Salt, 1/2 cup of Chocolate Chips, 2 tablespoons of Coconut Oil Ā Ā
Optional: Powdered Sugar, Fresh Berries, whatever else you can thinkĀ

Time to Start!
STEP 1:Ā Combine peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup, almond flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl.
Mix together well to form a ball of doughĀ

STEP 2:Ā Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
Press the dough across the bottom of the dish.Ā

STEP 3:Ā In a separate smaller bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir together, then microwave for another 30 seconds.Ā
Pour melted chocolate over the dough and spread in an even layer.
Ā
STEP 4:Ā Put in freezer for 5 minutes or until chocolate layer sets.Ā
Ā
STEP 5:Ā Slice into 8-12 bars, depending on personal preferred size.Ā

STEP 6:Ā Can keep in refrigerator for 1 week and can also freeze for up to 3 months
