Homemade Brownies + Protein = RAW Approved

Ingredients You'll Need: 1 2/3 cups of Banana Puree (or 3 medium/ large bananas) , 1 cup of Creamy Almond or Peanut Butter, 1/3 cup of Cocoa Powder, 2 scoops of RAW Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder, 1/2 teaspoon of Baking Soda

Optional: 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup, 1/2 teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon, Pinch of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, 1/4 cup of Berries

Stack of homemade chocolate protein bites on a beige background. The small, cube-shaped treats are dark brown, dense, and moist, with a fudgy texture that makes them a healthy, high-protein dessert or snack.

Let's Begin

STEP 1: Preheat oven to 350 F.

Line an 8x8 square baking tray

STEP 2: Add all ingredients into a large- sized mixing bowl & mix until well combined

STEP 3: Pour the brownie batter into tray and smooth the surface with a spoon or spatula

Optional: scatter some berries or other toppings of your choice on top & lightly press them into the surface

Almost Finished

STEP 4: Bake for 18-23 minutes

If you insert a toothpick in the middle, there should only be a tiny amount of crumbs and no wet batter

STEP 5: Let brownies cool down for 5-8 minutes. Cut into 9 large pieces or as desired!

Leftover brownies can be stored in the fridge for 3 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month
