I’ve been using both supplements (individual capsules) for 4 months. I had my testosterone levels checked in March and as a 52 year, avid lifter, my level was 615… which is great! But, since I didn’t have a baseline before taking both supplements I’m unsure if it’s my lifestyle or the supplements. That being said, I think Tongkat Ali is effective. Recently though, I’ve been reading about Fadogia’s possible toxicity, even at recommended doses. I stopped taking it. I’m curious if the Raw team has insight or comments on these findings.

I’m a Raw advocate and loyal customer. The CBUM/Raw protein and the preworkout formulas are an essential part of my routine. Quality all the way.
