Ingredients you'll need: a blender, ice, a frozen banana, CBUM Itholate Protein or RAW Whey Protein, Revive MD's Glutamine, almond milk, water
Optional: Three Wishes Pumpkin Spice Cereal

FIRST:
Grab a blender & fill about 1/4 of it with ice.
THEN ADD IN:
- 3/4 of frozen banana
- 1 & 1/2 scoops of RAW/ CBUM protein or a protein of your choice
- 1 scoop of Revive MD's Glutamine
- 2 oz of almond milk
- 1 oz of water

Blend together for 15 seconds or until blended thoroughly
